1 can (8 ounce size) pineapple slices, drained
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 cup ginger ale
directions
Crush the pineapple slices in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients, and blend on low speed until just combined and smooth.
Serve in frosted glasses.
