Pineapple blended with just a touch of honey and ginger makes a delicious drink. Want to take it up a notch? Use fresh pineapple and freshly grated ginger.
1 can pineapple slices with juice
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon crystalized ginger
Add the pineapple, water, ice, honey, and ginger to a blender. Cover the blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
