BBQ Chicken And Corn Dip

ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken
salt and pepper
1 bottle (28 ounce size) barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 cans (11 ounce size) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
corn chips
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and bake in a baking dish for 30-40 minutes. Let cool slightly then dice the chicken.
In a large saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, chicken, onion, garlic powder, onion powder and corn. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with corn chips.

I took this to my church game night and EVERYONE loved it and asked for the recipe. I actually used my crock pot to cook the chicken breasts, shredded the meat, and then placed the shredded chicken with the rest of the ingredients back into the crock pot and cooked on low for about 3 hours, stirring several times, and left the crock pot on "warm" while we played our games and enjoyed the dip and chips.
