This Mexican-inspired chicken dip will be sure to disappear at your next party. Full of cheese and chicken, this creamy dip is perfectly paired with crispy tortilla chips.

ingredients
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup salsa, spicy, medium, or mild heat
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup (10 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chiles
1/2 cup sour cream
directions
Combine the Monterey Jack cheese, salsa, Cheddar, chicken, onion, and soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring every minute, until heated through and the cheeses are melted.
Stir the green chiles and sour cream into the dip and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
Oven directions: Combine all the ingredients except the sour cream in a small baking dish. Place in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through. Remove from the oven and stir in the sour cream.
Stovetop directions: Combine all the ingredients except the sour cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese has melted and the dip is heated through. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream.

Yummy dip! I used spicy salsa and hot green chiles for extra kick.
