1 pint strawberries
1 container (8 ounce size) strawberry-flavor soft cream cheese
1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
directions
Slice all but one berry per person. Mix cream cheese, milk, and confectioner's sugar until smooth.
In goblets, layer half of sliced berries, then half of cheese mixture. Repeat layering. Garnish with whole berries.
