ingredients
4 cups strawberries 2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 egg white 1/3 cup whipping cream
directions
Rinse and trim the strawberries. Reserve some good looking ones for decoration and mash the rest.
Flavor with half the sugar and stir in the yogurt. Beat the egg white until stiff and stir rest of sugar into the foam. Beat the cream, then mix in egg white and cream in the strawberry mash.
Spoon this lovely mixture into serving bowls and put in a cold place for about 30 minutes. Decorate with the reserved berries before serving.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This dessert was very nice and light. Not overly sweet so it was more refreshing than other mousse type dessert are.
