Cranberry Sauce Salad

This sweet salad makes a great side to a holiday meal or anytime of the year. Stir in some mini marshmallows for an extra sweet treat.
30-60 minutes
ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cans (15 ounce size) whole cranberry sauce
2 cans (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained if there is a lot of juice
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 container (16 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
Combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Stir in the cranberry sauce, pineapple, nuts, and coconut. Fold in the whipped topping.
Transfer the cranberry sauce salad to a decorative serving bowl. Cover the bowl and chill for 45-60 minutes or until cold.
Serve chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Mix gently before serving.
