This sweet salad makes a great side to a holiday meal or anytime of the year. Stir in some mini marshmallows for an extra sweet treat.

1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cans (15 ounce size) whole cranberry sauce
2 cans (8 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained if there is a lot of juice
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 container (16 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Stir in the cranberry sauce, pineapple, nuts, and coconut. Fold in the whipped topping.
Transfer the cranberry sauce salad to a decorative serving bowl. Cover the bowl and chill for 45-60 minutes or until cold.
Serve chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Mix gently before serving.
nutrition data
Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
