Tortilla Fruit Pizza

ingredients
4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup sugar, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 container (12 ounce size) whipped cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
assorted fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, and/or berries)

Pierce tortillas several times with fork and spray each tortilla with cooking spray.
Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and the cinnamon, sprinkle over tortillas.
Place tortillas in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees F until crisp and golden brown around edges. Cool.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and remaining sugar. Spread cheese mixture onto tortillas. Stack two tortillas. Top with sliced fruit and cut into wedges.
