1 package (6 ounce size) chocolate chips
1 package (6 ounce size) butterscotch chips
1 cup peanuts
2 cups chow mein noodles


In a double boiler, melt chips. Add peanuts and chow mein noodles. Place by spoonful onto waxed paper.

We always called these Haystacks and they are my family favorite. I love to eat them frozen! They are the best and easiest cookie to make!
