It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 pinch salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.
Combine the coconut, powdered sugar, eggs, and salt in a bowl and mix until well combined. Scoop out spoonfuls and roll into balls. Place the balls on the greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.
