ingredients
1 large pizza crust (store bought or make your own), prebaked
1 jar (10 ounce size) cocktail sauce
1 medium steamed lobster tail, chopped
1 can (5 ounce size) tiny shrimp, well drained
4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
4 ounces pasteurized or canned crab meat, flaked
4 ounces canned oysters, chopped
4 ounces canned clams, chopped
1 package (8 ounce size) shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the shrimp sauce over the crust.
Distribute the lobster, shrimp, salmon, crab, oysters, and clams over the sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella over all.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
Remove from the oven, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
