This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, well chilled
2 ounces room temperature Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup red, green, and yellow bell peppers, sliced thin
1 package (12 inch size) ready-made Italian bread/pizza shell
1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce
1 pound medium uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil, preferably extra-virgin
2 cloves garlic, minced
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Shred Mozzarella cheese into a medium bowl and Parmesan cheese into a small bowl.
Stir-fry shrimp in oil with garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add pepper strips; continue to stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
Place bread shell on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over bread shell, add shrimp, and peppers; top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Cut into wedges.

Finally a good hearty seafood pizza! Usually they are so light that it's more of an appetizer. This was a great meal

Quite easy and quick to make. However, the pizza could do with less mozzarella cheese and less shrimp in my opinion.
