Shrimp Scampi Pizza

ingredients
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pound medium or large shrimp, peeled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large prebaked pizza crust
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Place butter and olive oil in a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cook for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Push shrimp to one side of skillet. Place crust on prepared baking sheet and brush with some of the butter mixture. Scatter shrimp over the crust and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Allow to stand for a few minutes before cutting.
