ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 (10 ounce size) prebaked Italian bread shell crust
2 cans (6 ounce size) lump crabmeat, drained
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and curry. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with crab and cheeses.
Place on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
