It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This recipe is simple to make and can be on the table in just 30 minutes. Made with a store-bought crust, this pizza is topped with a Alfredo sauce, chicken, and cheese. It's the perfect weeknight meal.
1 package pre-baked pizza crust
1 jar (14 ounce size) Alfredo sauce
2 grilled chicken breast, chopped
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Prepare the pizza crust according to the directions on the package.
Spread the alfredo sauce evenly over the crust. Top with chopped chicken. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over all.
Place the pizza on a baking sheet or stone. Place in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and cut into wedges to serve.
