To prepare 9-inch ring mold, cut a square of cheesecloth that will overlap the mold. Moisten it and lay loosely in mold (If desired, aluminum foil could be used to line the mold. Be sure that edges extend beyond the mold).
Pack fillings carefully into mold, using a spatula and alternating the fillings so that there will be six sections in all, two each of the three fillings. Cover mold with plastic wrap and chill overnight or for several hours in the refrigerator.
To serve, turn out on a large flat platter and garnish with parsley and olives. Provide plenty of crisp crackers and spreaders.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
