Zesty Sausage Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1 pound hot sausage (breakfast roll type)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 jar (4 oz size) jar diced pimentos (drained well)
Directions:
Fry up the sausage and crumble, cook until no longer pink. Drain off excess fat and put aside. Mix sour cream, mayo, parm cheese, onions, and pimentos. After sausage has cooled a bit, gently mix into sour cream mixture. Place in baking dish and bake 350 for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and heated thru.
Serve with tortilla chips. Ingredients sound bizarre together, but absolutely delicious!
