Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Mirin (sweet rice vinegar)
1/4 cup Low sodium soy sauce
1 cup Dashi (Japanese soup stock)
1/4 cup Katsuobushi (dried bonita shavings)
Directions:
Combine ingredients, bring to a boil. Strain through fine sieve. Cool to room temperature.
