Too Easy Slow Cooker Tamale Dip

ingredients
2 cans (15 ounce size) tamales, undrained
1 can (16 ounce size) chili without beans
1 jar (8 ounce size) picante sauce
2 jars (5 ounce size) Old English cheese or Cheez Whiz
1 onion, finely chopped
directions
Remove any wrappings from the tamales. Coarsely chop the tamale fillings and place in the crock pot. Add any liquid from the cans to the crock pot.
Add the chili, picante sauce, cheese, and onion. Stir gently to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 1-2 hours or until the dip is heated through. Stir gently then serve with tortilla chips or other dippers.

Want a to die for dip? Then this is it. Served it with tortilla chips and it was gone FAST. A couple of people turned their noses up at it at first but once they tried it they couldn't stop eating it. Good stuff maynard.
