Spicy Yogurt Peanut Sauce for Fries

ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped peeled ginger root
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (more if desired)
directions
In food processor or blender, process yogurt, peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger root and red pepper until smooth, pulsing on and off.
Place in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with fries or potato wedges.
