ingredients

1 jar (0.5 pint size) smoked steelhead or salmon
OR
1 can salmon, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
2 tablespoons half-and-half cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
crispy raw vegetables or chips

directions

Flake the fish. Combine all the ingredients except the vegetables or chips. Chill.

Serve with assorted vegetables like celery, carrot sticks, cauliflower, tortilla chips, or crackers.
