The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
1 box Velveeta cheese
1 splash milk
1 pound ground beef
directions
Cut cheese into squares, in microwaveable bowl. Add splash of milk. Microwave on 50% power to melt cheese. Stir. Add tomatoes.
Brown and drain ground beef and add to mixture. Heat in microwave until heated through.

for a variation I sometimes add bulk sausage which adds a different flavor.
