Rotel Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chillies
1 box Velveeta cheese
splash milk
1 pound ground beef
Directions:
Cut cheese into squares, in microwaveable bowl. Add splash of milk. Microwave on 50% power to melt cheese. Stir. Add Rotel. Brown and drain ground beef and add to mixture. Heat in microwave until heated through.
* for a variation I sometimes add bulk sausage which adds a different flavor.
