The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup nonalcoholic pina colada drink mix
1/4 cup crushed pineapple (canned)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
directions
Prepare pina colada dipping sauce by combining all the ingredients. Cover this and let it chill well.
