2 shallots, cut into pieces
2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
2 cups raw bite sized vegetables, optional
snack crackers, optional
mini rye or pumpernickel bread slices, optional
directions
Mix the first 6 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Serve with a vegetable platter, crackers or bread slices.
