ingredients
1 package (16 ounce size) sharp grated or shredded cheddar cheese
9 slices crumbled fried bacon
sliced green onions
mayonnaise
directions
Mix the cheddar and bacon. Add chopped green onion in desired amount. Add enough mayonnaise to make the mixture bind together well.
Mold it or form into a ball. Sprinkle with additional green onion tops (and bacon, if you like). Serve with Triscuits.
