1 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup white miso paste
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 onion, finely minced
1/2 apple, peeled and finely grated
1 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoons tahini
directions
Put miso paste in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Then, add other ingredients in the bowl and stir well.

WAY TOO SALTY! The miso and soy sauce are so overpowering that you get a thin salty soup rather than a true sauce.
Miso is salty but the other ingredients should balance it out. Make sure you're using dark soy sauce and white miso as they are both less salty than light soy sauce and other miso types.
