1/2 cup dried parsley
1/3 cup dried minced onion
1/4 cup dried chives
1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cup cumin powder
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried cilantro
directions
Mix together thoroughly and place in an airtight container.
To prepare: 3 tablespoons Mexican dip mix; 1 cup mayonnaise; 1 cup sour cream.
Mix together thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
