8 ounces canned ripe olives, chopped
8 ounces green chiles, chopped
2 tomatoes, peeled, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, mashed
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash seasoned salt
tortilla chips

directions

Combine all ingredients and chill overnight. Serve with chips.

    I found this recipe in a magazine about 20 years ago...have updated to include 1+ T chopped cilantro and adding 2 chopped avocados just before serving. Makes a world of difference!!
