Lamb And Cheese Canape Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound ground lamb
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Combine lamb and garlic, cook over low heat until browned. Drain off drippings. Combine lamb and remaining ingredients. Mix well, chill. Serve as a spread for crackers or bread.
