Chorizo Casserole Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounces queso blanco cheese
8 ounces pork chorizo
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Cook the chorizo and drain off excess fat. Put the chorizo in an oven-proof casserole dish. Grate the cheese over the top and melt in a 350 oven until melted and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
