Ingredients:
12 ounces Velveeta, cut up
4 ounces cream cheese, cut up
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayo
1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeño peppers
1 clove minced garlic

Directions:

MIX Velveeta, cream cheese, salad dressing, red peppers, jalapeño peppers and garlic in saucepan. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
