4 ounces cream cheese, cut up
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
1 clove minced garlic
directions
Combine the Velveeta, cream cheese, salad dressing, red peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic in saucepan. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
