1 loaf french bread
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced ham
1/3 cup chopped green chiles
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the top 1/2-inch of the loaf of French bread off in one slice. Carefully scoop out the inside, leaving a bread shell. Set the scooped out bread aside.
Combine the sour cream, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, chopped ham, green chiles, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Fill the hollowed out bread with the cheese mixture. Place the top slice of bread back on the loaf
Wrap the bread loaf in foil and place on a baking sheet. Place the bread loaf in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until the filling is heated through.
Remove the bread boat from the oven and carefully remove the foil. Use the reserved bread pieces as dippers (along with any other dippers you prefer).
