Just four ingredients for a party-ready snack. This cottage and cream cheese is easy, tasty, and surprisingly healthy for how delicious it is. Make sure you make enough!
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 carton (16 ounce size) cottage cheese
3 green onions, chopped
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Beat the cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the cottage cheese, green onions, and garlic salt. Beat until smooth. If the dip is too thick you can add a little milk to get the right consistency (some cottage cheeses are drier than others).
Cover the bowl and chill the dip for 2 hours before serving. Serve with chips or veggies.
