Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

ingredients
3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
1 cup water
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Asiago cheese, finely shredded
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
assorted fresh vegetables and/or baguette slices
directions
Mix tomatoes and water; let stand 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Mix tomatoes, cheeses, sour cream and onions in microwave-safe container. Microwave uncovered on medium (50 percent) 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until cheese is melted.
Serve in container or place in fondue pot to keep dip warm.
