1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 dash sugar
1 cup chopped apple with peel
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
directions
Mix together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

I omitted the celery and added 1/8 tsp. nutmeg and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, served with "Granny Smith Apple Chips", was a hit!
