Aioli Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1.25 cup
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 egg yolks
Pinch salt
1 cup olive oil
Directions:
Blend the crushed garlic with the egg yolks and the salt. Add the olive oil slowly, a little at a time, stirring vigorously. This can be done by hand, or with a mixer. Wonderful with fish, meat, crudites, or as a salad dressing.
