1 package (12 ounce size) butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
8 cups Chex cereal
1 package (12 ounce size) milk chocolate chips
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter, stirring frequently. Stir in cereal until pieces are coated. Stir in chocolate chips just until combined but not melted.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a waxed paper-lined tray (you can also spread the mixture out in a single layer and then break into pieces when set).
Chill for 30 minutes or until coating is set.
