It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

DON'T CHANGE A THING! THIS IS HOT AND SPICY BUT THAT'S WHAT IT'S CALLED AND THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE. WE LOVED IT EXACTLY AS WRITTEN.

The way this recipe is written makes the mix way too hot and spicy. Two tablespoons of Cajun seasoning AND 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper is more that most people could handle. I use 1 tablespoon of Cajun spice and 1/2 tablespoon cayenne. Still spicy but palatable. Just use your own taste buds to determine what works for you. The combination of cereals, cheese nips and nuts is great! I have to add more cheese nips and a little less of the cereals for my family preferences.
