ingredients
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (4 ounce size) deviled ham
1/3 cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
32 slices cocktail pumpernickel bread
directions
Combine the cream cheese, deviled ham, and cranberry sauce in a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and chill the ham filling for 1 hour.
When ready to serve, place half of the pumpernickel cocktail bread slices out on a work surface. Spread the bread with the deviled ham mixture. Top with the remaining bread slices.
Serve the devilish mini-sandwiches immediately.
