ingredients
5 cups yellow squash, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 slices bread, cubed
1 cup sour cream
directions
Place squash in slow cooker with butter and cook on low setting for 1 hour.
Add soup; cook another hour, or until hot.
Add bread and sour cream and cook for an additional hour or more, until bubbly and squash is tender.
