Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup grated Colby & Monterey cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 tablespoon corn meal

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except corn meal in medium bowl. Coat a greased pie pan with corn meal. Pour in egg mixture and bake for 45 minutes or until top of quiche is golden brown.
