Cold Crab And Avocado Tacos

ingredients
1 pound backfin (lump) crab meat, shells picked out
2 green onions, thinly sliced
4 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, divided
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco), divided
1 avocado (preferably Haas), peeled and pitted
1 clove garlic, minced
8 taco shells, warmed
mild salsa
directions
Gently toss crab meat, green onions, 1 tbsp of the lemon juice and half the hot pepper sauce.
In a food processor, puree avocado, garlic, the remaining juice and the remaining hot pepper sauce.
Layer crab meat mixture and avocado mixture into taco shells and top with salsa.
