Fried shrimp, coleslaw, tartar sauce and flour tortillas make these copycat burritos a dinner you'll want to repeat
5 frozen breaded shrimp
2 tablespoons tartar sauce
2 tablespoons creamy coleslaw
chopped red onion, to taste
chopped fresh cilantro, to taste
1 flour tortilla (12" burrito size)
shredded jack cheese, as desired
Cook the shrimp as directed on the package (can be baked or fried).
When hot and crispy, combine the shrimp with the tartar sauce, coleslaw, red onion, and cilantro.
Place the tortilla in a skillet over medium heat. Heat for one minute then flip the tortilla over.
Top the tortilla with the shredded jack cheese (as desired) and cook for 1 more minute so the cheese starts to melt.
Carefully slide the tortilla onto a plate. Top with the shrimp mixture and roll the tortilla up burrito-style. Serve hot.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
