1 cup green onions, including tops, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 flour tortillas
6 tablespoons hoisin or plum sauce

Saute pork with chopped yellow onion until browned and cooked through.
Add green onions, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook on medium low for 2 minutes or until onions are tender.
Warm tortillas at 300 degrees F for a few minutes. Spread 1 tbsp hoisin or plum sauce on each tortilla. Divide hot pork mixture in center of each. Roll up each tortilla so meat mixture is snugly enclosed.
Serve immediately, passing extra sauce on the side.
