1 bunch callaloo, cooked and diced
1 diced onion
2 slices bacon, fried and diced
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup breadcrumbs
directions
Mix first three ingredients in a casserole. Top with breadcrumbs, cheese and potatoes. Bake for about 35 minutes in a moderate oven.
