Ingredients:
1 can (6 ounce size) solid white tuna in water, drained and broken into pieces
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

In small bowl, combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper, flaking tuna with fork. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
