ingredients
2 cups water
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 package (6 ounce size) herb stuffing mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup Mexican style four cheese blend, divided
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bring water and margarine to boil in large saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
Stir egg and 1/3 of the cheese into stuffing mixture until blended. Spoon into greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown and cheese on top is melted.
