Easy Fragrant Rice

ingredients
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup water
1 cup long grain white rice
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
directions
Bring stock and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Stir in rice and immediately reduce heat to low. Cover pan and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes covered. Add remaining ingredients and fluff with a fork before serving.
