Garlic Chili Dungeness Crab

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large Dungeness crab, steamed, cleaned, and cracked
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons garlic chili sauce (more if desired)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Add crab and saute for a minute or two. Add garlic and saute for another two minutes tossing frequently.

Toss in garlic chili paste and stir to coat evenly. Reduce heat to medium and cover with a lid. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crab is heated through. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
