1 sheet Japanese nori
1 cup sticky Japanese rice
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 sticks imitation crab
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 avocado
3 tablespoons soy sauce

directions

Mix the vinegar and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Pour the vinegar mix over sticky rice and mix gently.

  3. Valerie REVIEW:

For being such a simple California roll, this recipe is quite tasty. Only issue we had with the recipe was that it didn't specify what to do with the mayonnaise (FYI: you should mix it with the crab). We also tried this with brown rice and it was equally good.
